The Graduate Development Program (GDP) is aimed at empowering new graduates to kick-start their investment careers.
The core objective of the GDP is to accelerate careers in the investment and asset management space while providing participants with diverse expertise, experience, and mentorship opportunities.
Over the course of two years, program participants will have the chance to explore and contribute to various aspects of the firm’s operations through rotations in Real Estate, Infrastructure, Private Equity, and Corporate Services, allowing them to gain valuable insights, skills, and industry knowledge across the different lines of the firm’s business.
The program provides a unique opportunity for aspiring professionals to join a most trusted partner for private investments.

Top candidates will be invited to Fengate’s Toronto office on October 23 to meet our leaders, take part in a case study and presentation as a final interview with the hiring committee.
We will be hosting on-campus events at the following schools on the dates outlined below:
Queen’s University: Monday, September 25 | 5:30 – 7 p.m.
University of Toronto: Wednesday, September 27 | 6 – 7:30 p.m.
Western University: Wednesday, September 27 | 5:30 – 7 p.m.
Wilfrid Laurier University: Wednesday, October 4 | 5 – 6:30 p.m.
