Zale Skolnik
Legal Counsel
Zale is legal counsel for Fengate’s real estate group. He advises on acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, investment funds, and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Fengate, Zale worked at a global legal technology company where he collaborated with the largest law firms in the world to develop real estate product, marketing and sales strategies. He spent the first five years of his career in private practice as a commercial real estate lawyer, most recently at Aird & Berlis LLP.
Zale earned his Hons. B.A. at the University of Western Ontario and his J.D. from Queen’s University. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2015.
