Shannon Horton
Proposal Manager, Infrastructure Investments
Shannon Horton is proposal manager to Fengate’s Infrastructure group, responsible for leading the development of responses to public-private partnership (PPP) procurement for infrastructure projects across North America.
Prior to joining Fengate in 2017, Shannon led proposal development in the A/E/C industry as a consultant and an in-house specialist.
Shannon earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Ryerson University and her Bachelor of Education from the University of Saskatoon.
