As Vice President, Commercial Property Management and Sustainability, Rachna Morgado is responsible for overseeing the property management of Fengate’s real estate investments.
Rachna is a senior real estate leader with more than 20 years experience managing increasingly complex portfolios. She brings a successful track record of contributing to the growth and profitability of large and small businesses alike. She has worked with some of Canada’s largest organizations and this exposure, coupled with her experience in smaller, entrepreneurial environments, allows Rachna to consistently build high performing teams focused on a culture of continuous improvement.
Rachna holds a RPA and CPM® designations.
