Noemi Holczer is an associate on the Fengate Real Estate investments team where she is responsible for analyzing investment opportunities, financial modeling, due diligence, and transaction management support for investment opportunities across Fengate’s real estate funds. Prior to joining Fengate in 2021, Noemi was an analyst at Avison Young in the Capital Markets & Multi-Residential Groups, where she was involved in over $1 billion of sales across all asset classes. Noemi holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University.
