Michelle Do
Proposals Manager, Infrastructure
Michelle Do is a proposal manager to Fengate’s infrastructure investment team and is responsible for leading the development of responses to P3 procurement projects across North America.
Michelle has extensive experience in leading successful proposal development efforts for diverse industries. Prior to Fengate, she has worked on various social and civil infrastructure bids at Plenary Americas and EllisDon that valued from $100 million to over $10 billion, most recently the Ontario Line Subway Rolling Stock, Systems, Operations and Maintenance Project.
Michelle earned her Bachelor of Science from McMaster University.
