Kelly is an internationally experienced talent acquisition leader and career coach with over 20 years of experience in the field of recruitment. Kelly began her career as a corporate recruiter based in Toronto working nationally for EY, before spending 7 years in the firm’s global HQ in London, with a focus on recruiting top talent across the United Kingdom and Europe. Kelly is a proven expert in talent attraction strategy, employer branding and coaching, and she has a passion for leading high-performing teams to deliver top talent.
As Fengate’s Director of Talent Acquisition, Kelly is responsible for the strategic alignment and direction of Fengate’s recruiting efforts to support the firm’s commitment to attract, reward, and retain the right people to execute our strategy across Canada and the United States.
Kelly was recently head of talent acquisition at Maple Leaf Foods and is in the process of completing her ICF Coaching Certification. After receiving her BA from Western University, she obtained her CHRP designation. Kelly is trained in both strength and competency-based recruitment practices.
