Senior Manager of Debt, Real Estate
As Senior Manager of Debt, Justin is responsible for working with the investment, development, asset management, and finance teams to help structure and manage Fengate Real Estate’s related debt and relationships.
Justin has structured and closed in excess of $1B in loans over the past seven years in Canada. He has extensive experience financing all asset types including: multi-family, retail, industrial, office, seniors housing, hospitality, and land and development. Prior to joining Fengate, Justin has held roles at some of Canada’s largest banks and non-bank financial institutions. Justin holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Ryerson University and an MBA in Investment Management from Concordia University.
