Jensen Clarke elected Vice President of Finance for the National Council for Public-Private Partnerships Executive Committee
Fengate congratulates Jensen Clarke on his recent election as Vice President of Finance on the National Council Public-Private Partnerships (NCPPP)’s Executive Committee. Established in 1985, the NCPPP is a non-profit, non-partisan organization that advocates and facilitates the formation of public-private partnerships (P3) at all levels of US government — federal, state and local. The NCPPP aims to improve US infrastructure by providing educational resources and creating a platform for collaboration between P3 partnerships.
Jensen’s addition will be valuable to the Executive Committee and the NCPPP as he has been deeply involved with a broad range of innovative P3 projects. At Fengate, Jensen, Vice President, is a senior member of our infrastructure investment team and is responsible for strategic business growth, teaming, and originating, structuring, bidding and closing projects throughout North America.
His portfolio of prominent P3 projects includes pursuits such as the Miami-Dade Courthouse and LAX ConRAC in the US and the Jim Pattison Outpatient Care and Surgical Centre and the Saskatoon Civic Operations Centre, both in operations in Canada. Clarke gained P3 procurement experience in DBF/DBFM/DBFOM financial transactions at Infrastructure Ontario as a member of the transaction finance group.
