Fengate wins TOBY Award and Certificate of Excellence for 1111 & 1122 International Boulevard
Fengate is proud to announce that 1111 & 1122 International Boulevard in Oakville was awarded The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY®) Award and the Certificate of Excellence in the Suburban Office Park – Mid Rise category at BOMA Toronto’s Celebration of Excellence Awards Gala last week. With fellow real estate professionals in attendance at the prestigious event, the Fengate Real Estate team accepted the awards presented by BOMA President and CEO Susan Allen and BOMA Board of Directors Chair David Hoffman.
The achievement of these awards reflects Fengate’s continued dedication to offer high-quality office spaces, deliver top-tier property management services, and foster engaged corporate communities across our office portfolio, which are managed as part of Fengate’s commercial real estate strategy on behalf of our investors, including the LiUNA Pension Fund of Central and Eastern Canada.
This marks the second year in a row that Fengate has achieved the TOBY® Award and Certificate of Excellence. In 2022, 2265-2275 Upper Middle Road East in Oakville achieved the national TOBY in the Suburban Office Park – Mid Rise category. 2265-2275 Upper Middle Road East and 1315 North Service Road East, Oakville, also earned Certificates of Excellence last year.
