Fengate is proud to announce it has once again been recognized by Great Place To Work®, this time with the prestigious honours of Best Workplaces For Inclusion, Best Workplaces For Mental Wellness, and Best Workplaces In Ontario.

Fengate received these honours after a thorough and independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work®. These lists are based on direct feedback from employees of the hundreds of organizations that were surveyed by Great Place to Work®. To be eligible for these lists, organizations must be Great Place to Work- Certified™ and have exceptionally high scores from employees on the Trust Index survey.

“It is an honour to once again be acknowledged by Great Place To Work,” said Lou Serafini Jr., President and CEO of Fengate. “Inclusion and mental wellness are top priorities for us, and we are dedicated to fostering both at our firm. We strive for every team member at Fengate to feel comfortable being their authentic self and to feel they belong, and for their experience with us to be part of a gratifying, healthy work-life balance.”

“We’ve made such meaningful progress since launching the Fengate EBID Think Tank to champion equity, belonging, inclusion and diversity in our workplace,” adds Jennifer Honey Brannon, Fengate’s Chief Human Resources Officer. “We will also be further enhancing our mental health offering in 2024 to include additional support, resources, and coverage for all employees in addition to our comprehensive benefits program, while continuously incorporating feedback from staff to improve access to these programs.”

In 2021, Fengate launched a firmwide Inclusion Survey to set benchmarks, and created the Fengate EBID Think Tank, a committee including senior leadership that meets on a monthly basis, to drive its ongoing strategy to foster a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace.

Fengate is committed to nurturing a healthy workplace for all of it staff and includes a comprehensive benefits package to support this.
