Fengate is proud to announce it has once again been recognized by Great Place To Work®, this time with the prestigious honours of Best Workplaces For Inclusion, Best Workplaces For Mental Wellness, and Best Workplaces In Ontario.
Fengate received these honours after a thorough and independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work®. These lists are based on direct feedback from employees of the hundreds of organizations that were surveyed by Great Place to Work®. To be eligible for these lists, organizations must be Great Place to Work- Certified™ and have exceptionally high scores from employees on the Trust Index survey.

In 2021, Fengate launched a firmwide Inclusion Survey to set benchmarks, and created the Fengate EBID Think Tank, a committee including senior leadership that meets on a monthly basis, to drive its ongoing strategy to foster a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace.
