Fengate named on the 2023 Best Workplaces for Women and Best Workplaces with Most Trusted Executive Teams lists
Fengate (or the “Firm”) is proud to announce that for the second consecutive year the Firm has been recognized as one of Canada’s Best Workplaces™ for Women. Additionally, this year Fengate is named on the Best Workplaces™ with Most Trusted Executive Teams list.
Women represent 50 percent of Fengate’s executive team which is well above industry standards. Across the Firm, one third of Fengate’s talented employees are comprised of women.
“We are committed to diversity including gender equity and respect, and our culture of inclusiveness is something we support and cultivate each day,” said Jennifer Honey Brannon, Fengate’s Chief Human Resources Officer. “Our team is immensely proud to have achieved this recognition as a Best Workplace for Women two years in a row, a testament to our continuous work towards creating a work environment where all of our employees can feel welcomed, celebrated, and successful.”
Fengate received both honours based on direct feedback from employees of the hundreds of organizations that were surveyed by Great Place to Work® which provides the benchmarks and expertise needed to create, sustain, and recognize outstanding workplace cultures.
“A great workplace is defined by its people and the trust they exemplify,” said Lou Serafini Jr, Fengate’s President and CEO. “It is important to us that women are part of the decision-making as they bring critical perspectives to Fengate’s business. We believe that a diverse executive team demonstrates our commitment to make better decisions and build trust. We strive to cultivate a strong culture and a collaborative relationship amongst all employees, which is paramount in creating a best-in-class work environment,” added Serafini.
