Fengate is proud to announce that 2265-2275 Upper Middle Road East in Oakville was awarded The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY®) Award in the Suburban Office Park – Mid Rise category at BOMA Toronto’s Celebration of Excellence Awards Gala last week.

BOMA’s TOBY® Award is the most prestigious and comprehensive program of its kind in the commercial real estate industry in North America, recognizing quality in commercial real estate buildings and rewarding excellence in building management. During the competition, all facets of a building’s operations are thoroughly evaluated. Entries are judged on everything from community involvement to environmental and sustainability management.

2265-2275 Upper Middle Road East as well as 1315 North Service Road East in Oakville were also awarded the Certificate of Excellence. The BOMA Certificate of Excellence is backed by a rigorous certification program that evaluates building management and operations, community impact, tenant relations/communications, energy management and conservation, environmental, regulatory and sustainability initiatives, and the training of the building personnel.

Congratulations to Fengate Real Estate’s Rachna Morgado, Joe Itner, Frank Le Coche, Tyrus Koch, and Linda McVea for their tireless and proactive efforts in making this achievement possible!

Fengate is managing these properties as part of its commercial real estate strategy on behalf of its investors, including the LiUNA Pension Fund of Central and Eastern Canada.
