Fengate consortium shortlisted for CBSA Land Border Crossing Project and awarded with highest score

March 2, 2018

Public Services and Government Services Canada has identified Border Link Partners — a consortium comprising Fengate Real Asset Investments (Fengate), Clark Builders, EBC, Honeywell, HOCHTIEF and Kasian Architecture — as one of three shortlisted consortiums to design, build, finance, operate and maintain the Canada Border Services Agency’s (CBSA) Land Border Crossing Project.

Border Link Partners is honoured to be the team awarded the highest score through the RFQ process, of the three short-listed consortiums.

The CBSA’s Land Border Crossing Project would span all regions of Canada, completely replacing an expected 31 border crossings, including the design, build, finance, operation and maintenance of new structures, new access points, new circulation routes and associated work, over a planned 30-year life cycle. The current estimated budget is C$440 million.
