Anthony Staffieri joins ULI Toronto’s Advisory Board

Fengate is pleased to share that Anthony Staffieri has recently joined ULI Toronto’s Advisory Board. By providing members with independent forums to discuss city building issues and best practices, ULI actively works on helping shape a sustainable and thriving future for the Toronto Region. The organization is supported by over 2,600 public and private sector members, with the leadership team composed of ULI members active in the field of land use and real estate. As a member of ULI’s Advisory Board, Anthony is focused on leveraging his extensive business experience in real estate investments and developments to help progress ULI’s mission to shape the future of the built environment for transformative impact in communities worldwide.

At Fengate, Anthony plays a pivotal role in the analysis and execution of investment opportunities on behalf of the group’s real estate funds. His work spans across sourcing, deal structuring, diligence, transaction execution and investment management functions in multiple asset classes within Canada, most notably the $4B development of the Rail Deck District – a visionary project to develop a mixed-use community above 16 acres of rail corridor in downtown Toronto.
