Andrew Cogan named Managing Director and Portfolio Manager of Fengate Infrastructure Yield Fund

Fengate is pleased to announce Andrew Cogan has been named Managing Director and Portfolio Manager of Fengate Infrastructure Yield Fund.

As Portfolio Manager for the Fengate Infrastructure Yield Fund (the Fund), Andrew is the executive responsible for all aspects of the Fund including the Fund’s investment strategy, fundraising, investments, and asset management for the Fund’s assets.

Previous to his current role, Andrew was a senior member of Fengate Infrastructure’s investment team where he led several investments for Fengate Infrastructure Fund III (FIF3) as well as other legacy accounts and funds.

Prior to joining Fengate Infrastructure, Andrew worked at CIBC World Markets as a director advising on mergers and acquisitions, and debt and equity financing for the North American power and utilities sector. Before CIBC, he was with Accenture as a strategy consultant. Andrew’s infrastructure focus areas include: renewables, regulated utilities, digital, social and transportation infrastructure.

Andrew holds a Master of Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business and joined Fengate in 2014.
