Fengate has a strategic relationship with TowerCom, LLC, a leading U.S. regional developer and owner of wireless communications towers, to develop and manage multiple portfolios of built-to-suit wireless communication towers. These towers are supported by long-term contracts that have built-in escalators and high renewal rates, with largely investment grade carriers. Growth in wireless communication towers is expected to continue, driven by an increase in data consumption, demand for connection mobility, and the acceleration of 4G/5G usage.
