William Little serves as a consultant to Fengate's Responsible Labor team, partnering with investments, asset management, and investor relations to advance the implementation of Fengate's Responsible Labor Program and Responsible Contractor Policies across the firm's investments. He also leads the monitoring, tracking, and reporting of labor and economic impact.
Prior to joining Fengate, William spent 17 years with the AFL-CIO Investment Trust Corporation, where he provided investor and labor relations services for labor-sponsored institutional real estate funds.
William holds a Bachelor of Science in History from The George Washington University and a Master of Business Administration from American University.
