Labour at our core

Fengate has worked shoulder-to-shoulder with construction labour unions and their pension plans for nearly 50 years. The Laborers' International Union of North America (LiUNA) and Fengate have a deep history together built on a shared commitment to community building. This relationship began in 1981, when Enrico Mancinelli, business manager of LiUNA local 873, entrusted Louis Serafini Sr. to manage their initiative to develop affordable housing in the Hamilton area.
