Tracy Gazarek
Project Director, Infrastructure Asset Management
Tracy Gazarek is a member of the Fengate Infrastructure management team and responsible for managing P3 project across southwestern Ontario. Her resume includes Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital, St Joseph’s Healthcare London, regional mental healthcare sites in London and St. Thomas, Waterloo Region Consolidated Courthouse, and Elgin County Courthouse. Prior to joining Fengate in 2016, Tracy was a senior member of the P3 division at Honeywell, working as a Facility Manager and Portfolio Manager.
Prior to that, Tracy worked in the healthcare industry at Bluewater Health and was the Director of Facilities and Development.
Tracy holds a diploma in Architectural Technology from Fanshawe College, and also has a Masters Certificate in Project Management from the Schulich School of Business.
