Tom Cheatham is a member of Fengate’s infrastructure team, with responsibilities focused on the firm’s U.S. healthcare investments across its closed- and open-ended funds. He is responsible for a portfolio of healthcare assets, including medical office buildings, inpatient rehabilitation facilities and micro-hospitals.

Prior to joining Fengate, Tom worked for an institutional healthcare REIT, where he was responsible for the asset management, portfolio optimization and value creation of a $3 billion portfolio comprising more than 150 assets.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communications from the University of Texas at Austin.
