Thanush Rajeswaran
Vice President, Portfolio Management (Development)
Thanush Rajeswaran is responsible for fund management activities of Fengate’s real estate development funds. He also oversees the investment strategy, portfolio construction, assets, and risk management across the real estate development portfolio.
Prior to joining Fengate in 2024, Thanush held the position of Vice President, Investments at Slate Asset Management, where he led execution of acquisition and disposition opportunities across multiple asset classes in Canada and the United States. He also focused on corporate development, strategic initiatives and junior recruitment for the firm. Prior to Slate Asset Management, Thanush was part of Lazard’s M&A group covering North America.
Thanush holds an Honours Business Administration degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University.
