Siqi Zhang
Associate, Residential Asset Management
As part of Fengate Real Estate's Residential Asset Management Team, Siqi Zhang supports the efficient operations and strategic growth of the group's multifamily income portfolio through reporting, analysis, and research.
Prior to joining Fengate, Siqi worked at Westmont Hospitality Group as Manager of Operations and Financial Analysis. During her time there, she led end-to-end financial forecasting and budgeting process, utilized data-driven analysis to optimize portfolio performance, and conducted underwriting assessment to evaluate potential acquisition opportunities.
Siqi holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree with double majors in Economics and Financial Management from Wilfrid Laurier University, graduating with distinction. Siqi also has passed the CFA Level II.
