Samir Kanji
Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis
Samir Kanji is the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis on the Fengate Real Estate team. In this role, he and his team oversee end-to-end financial planning, management reporting, cash management and asset valuations across Fengate’s Core Real Estate Funds.
Before joining Fengate, Samir held FP&A leadership roles at Infrastructure Ontario, the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario, and Loblaw Companies Limited.
Samir is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and a member of CPA Ontario. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Toronto.
