Ross Sinclair is a Senior Financial Consultant at Fengate Asset Management, bringing more than 30 years of senior financial leadership, governance, and advisory experience.

Prior to joining Fengate, Ross was a Senior Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC), where he advised public and private companies across multiple industries, including real estate. He led complex capital markets and M&A transactions, served in national leadership roles, and developed extensive expertise in financial reporting, corporate governance, IFRS, Canadian and U.S. GAAP, and internal controls.

In addition to his consulting work, Ross serves on corporate boards and has extensive experience supporting organizations through strategic growth, governance oversight, and operational transformation. He currently serves as a director of Akumin and Enterprise REIT. 

Ross holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and earned his Chartered Accountant designation through the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario.
