Prashant Shangari
Associate Vice President, Finance, Private Equity
Prashant Shangari is responsible for all financial reporting, valuation, tax, treasury and compliance functions for Fengate Private Equity, and also plays a key role in managing investor strategy for Fengate.
Prior to joining Fengate in 2019, Prashant was a manager in the private funds group at Tricon Capital Group. At Tricon, Prashant was responsible for managing various private funds with over $1 billion in Capital Commitments and worked closely with the investment team to report fund and investment performance. Prior to joining Tricon, Prashant worked in the corporate accounting group at Birch Hill Equity Partners.
Prashant is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Ryerson University.
