Matthew Tatoff
Associate Vice President, Real Estate Investments
Matthew is responsible for transaction analysis and execution of investment opportunities on behalf of Fengate’s real estate funds. Matthew also leads investment and fund management activities for Fengate’s Seasons Retirement Communities platform.
During his time at Fengate, Matthew has been involved in transactions spanning the retirement, hospitality, and residential asset classes.
Prior to joining Fengate in 2023, Matthew worked at KPMG in Toronto in the M&A Deals Advisory practice where he provided buy-side and sell-side advice to both private equity and corporate strategic clients. Matthew’s work consisted of domestic and cross-border transactions spanning a multitude of industries. Matthew was also part of KPMG’s audit practice, specializing in real estate.
Matthew is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario and holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a Bachelor of Commerce from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University.
