Associate, Asset Management
Matthew is an Associate on the Fengate Real Estate team where he manages the underwriting and financial analysis of Fengate’s commercial real estate portfolio, along with the development and implementation of value-generating strategies. Matthew works closely with Fengate’s Investments and Capital Formation teams to support fundraising, transaction analysis, and financial modeling.
Prior to joining Fengate Real Estate in 2023, Matthew worked at Brookfield Properties as an Asset Management Analyst and Colliers as a Valuations Analyst.
Matthew holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from Bayes Business School – City, University of London, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Dalhousie University.
