Matthew Litwin-Davies
Associate, Investments and Capital Formation
Matthew is an Associate on the Fengate Investments and Capital Formation team, working on fundraising, transaction analysis, and investment origination activities. Previously, Matthew was an associate on the Commercial Asset Management team where he led financial modeling and analysis for Fengate’s commercial portfolio.
Prior to joining Fengate in 2023, Matthew worked at Brookfield Properties as an Asset Management Analyst and Colliers as a Valuations Analyst.
Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Dalhousie University, and a Master of Science in Real Estate from Bayes Business School – City, University of London.
