Lee Marlowe
Development Manager
As a Development Manager, Lee is responsible for overseeing the coordination and successful delivery of purpose-built rental and condominium projects of varying sizes across Ontario.
Prior to joining Fengate in 2023, Lee worked for The Cecchini Group where he helped complete over a million square feet of industrial space to owners and tenants. His work consisted of managing consultants, engineers and trades to coordinate, construct and close out permits on schedule.
Lee is a licensed real estate agent under the Real Estate Council of Ontario. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario with a specialization in Urban Development, and a Masters of Real Estate and Infrastructure from Schulich School of Business at York University.
