Kyle Boynton
Vice President, VCAM
Kyle is a member of the Fengate Infrastructure Value Creation and Asset Management team. He is responsible for a diverse portfolio of infrastructure assets and platform companies, with a focus on energy.
Prior to joining Fengate in 2025, Kyle worked in the energy sector with Toronto-based geothermal utility Subterra Renewables. In his role he was responsible for all investments, including underwriting, contract negotiation, financing, design, project management, asset management, and stakeholder reporting. Kyle also previously worked within the energy practice at Hatch, consulting on a number of power and mining projects internationally.
Kyle holds an MBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University and a Bachelor of Science, specializing in Mechanical Engineering, from Queen’s University.
