Kristen Floro

Kristen joined Fengate in 2018 and focuses on originations in the facility services sector. She leads the evaluation and identification of new investment opportunities and provides market intelligence that informs the private equity group’s broader strategy.
In 2025, she received the CVCA Rising Woman Star Award in recognition of her leadership and impact within Canadian private capital.
Prior to joining Fengate, Kristen worked at PwC where she served large and small asset managers in the Audit and Assurance Group before transitioning to the Deals Group, where she specialized in valuations of private companies across diverse industries.
Kristen holds both Chartered Professional Accountant and Chartered Business Valuator designations, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
