Vice President, Learning and Development

Kimberly is a dynamic learning strategist and leadership development expert with over 12 years of experience designing inclusive, results-driven programs that engage, develop, and retain top talent. In her role as Vice President of Learning and Development at Fengate, Kimberly has led the creation and implementation of several key initiatives, including Fengate's Functional Competency Framework, Senior Leadership and Executive Presence Workshop Series, and a new Talent Development Process aligned with the company's Vision 2027 Strategic Objectives.

Kimberly has a proven track record of launching large-scale programs that deliver long-term impact, foster high-preforming teams, and build leadership capability across all levels. Known for her adaptability, creativity, and collaborative leadership style, Kimberly is a high-resilience problem solver who consistently brings people-first solutions to the table. She excels at developing mentoring frameworks, scalable onboarding, and advancement strategies, and learning environments rooted in empathy and engagement.

Kimberly holds a Master of Education in Adult Education and Community Development for the University of Toronto (OISE), as well as a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature. In 2024 she completed the Public Leadership Credential through Harvard Kennedy School. Her professional development also includes a George Brown Collage Certificate in Adult Education, an eLearning Instructional Design Certificate from the University of Toronto, and certifications in both Hogan Assessments and Birkman Method.
