Keith Hoddinott
Associate Vice President, Residential Asset Management
Keith is focused on the strategic growth of Fengate’s multifamily income fund, implementing portfolio-wide and asset-specific initiatives, financial analysis, evaluating multifamily investment opportunities, and other efforts to drive performance for the fund.
Prior to joining Fengate in 2022, Keith worked at CLV Group as an Investment Associate where he completed over $1.2B of multifamily real estate transactions across Canada. Keith was also at Brookfield Global Integrated Solutions, working on integrated facilities management services.
Keith holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Applied Economics from Queen’s University.
