Keith Hoddinott
Associate Vice President, Residential Asset Management
Keith supports the strategic execution and growth of Fengate’s residential portfolio. In the role, he focuses on implementing fund & asset-specific initiatives, financial analysis, evaluating multifamily investment opportunities, and other efforts to drive performance for the portfolio.
Before joining the Residential Asset Management team in 2024, Keith worked on Fengate’s Real Estate Investments team where he assisted in the placement of over $500 million of equity into new and existing projects.
Prior to joining Fengate in 2022, Keith worked at CLV Group and InterRent REIT where he completed over $1.2 billion of multifamily real estate transactions across Canada.
Keith holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Applied Economics from Queen’s University.
