Kabil Kittuppanantharajah
Associate, Real Estate Investments
Kabil is an Associate on the Fengate Real Estate Investments Team, and is responsible for analyzing investment opportunities, financial modeling, due diligence, and transaction management support across Fengate’s real estate funds.
Prior to joining Fengate in 2023, Kabil was a part of PwC’s audit practice, specializing in financial institutions.
Kabil holds a Bachelor of Accounting and Financial Management, and a Masters of Accounting from the University of Waterloo. Kabil is also a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario.
