John-Bosco Agbasi
Vice President, Residential Asset Management
John-Bosco Agbasi is responsible for the asset management of Fengate’s growing multifamily investment portfolio, with a focus on Fengate’s Multifamily Income Fund. John-Bosco’s role includes developing and implementing strategies for individual assets and the fund, including financial analysis and valuation, leasing, property management, intensification through development opportunities, capital structure, risk mitigation and hold/sell analyses.
Prior to joining Fengate, John-Bosco was at Carttera, responsible for the asset management and leasing of industrial and multifamily properties, primarily development with select IPP. His scope included supporting acquisitions, entitlements, design, construction, marketing, and disposition activities. Prior to Carttera, John-Bosco spent over six years with GWL Realty Advisors holding progressively senior asset management roles; initially covering industrial and then exclusively covering multifamily.
John-Bosco holds an MBA from Sprott School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts from York University. He is a licensed real estate Broker and a member of NAIOP's GTA Suburban Committee.
