Jake Boyack
Associate Vice President, Finance
Jake Boyack is an Associate Vice President, Finance on the Fengate Real Estate team and leads a team responsible for forecasting development fund returns and valuations, and providing acquisition support.
Prior to joining Fengate, Jake spent two years at Allied Properties REIT where he managed the financial reporting process and provided valuation support. Prior to that, Jake was at PwC on the real estate assurance team.
Jake holds the Chartered Professional Accountant and Chartered Business Valuator designations and has a Bachelor of Business Administration with honours from Wilfrid Laurier University.
