Greg Buxton‑Forman is the Executive Vice President, Operations and Strategic Initiatives and a member of Fengate’s Executive Leadership Team. He is responsible for driving operational excellence, firm‑wide alignment, and the execution of Fengate’s strategic priorities.

Greg provides enterprise leadership across key corporate functions, including communications and marketing, information technology, internal operations, and the project management office, ensuring that the firm’s operations are cohesive, scalable, and aligned with long‑term objectives.

Greg joined Fengate in 2017 as the Senior Manager of Corporate Finance, where he was responsible for overseeing all corporate accounting, taxation, finance, treasury, and reporting activities. Prior to joining Fengate he was Corporate Controller at Blue Goose Capital Corporation and previously held senior roles in the assurance group at PwC LLP.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (Ontario).
