As President and COO of Planned Administrators, Inc., he leads a nationally licensed third-party administrator serving self-funded employers and insurance carriers nationwide. Under his direction, PAI has modernized its systems, improved operational efficiencies, and launched innovative multi-benefit administration solutions that expanded revenue and client reach.
