Geoff McKay

For over 25 years, Geoff McKay has led highly successful private equity investment teams and M&A activity throughout the U.S. and Canada, most recently as Partner and Co-Founder of Weathervane Investments.
Geoff started his career in the M&A space with Goldman Sachs in New York and London before joining Forstmann Little & Co in New York where he became General Partner. He then moved to Seattle as Managing Director and Head of Private Equity for Vulcan Capital founded by Paul Allen, a large family office investment group, followed by a tenure as Managing Director and Head of Direct Private Equity, North America at CPP Investments. In addition to his deep expertise in structuring equity investments, he is a seasoned Board Member and brings experience in leading transformational change.
Geoff currently serves as a Director of Saco Foods, a Fengate portfolio company, and serves as a Senior Advisor to the Fengate Private Equity team.
