Asset Manager, Commercial Asset Management
Evo is responsible for the asset management of Fengate’s commercial portfolio, ensuring alignment of leasing, financing and disposition activities with the fund’s overall strategy, as well as coordination of budgeting and reporting functions.
Prior to joining Fengate, Evo held an asset manager role with CanFirst, focusing on value-add industrial real estate across Canada.
Evo completed his bachelor’s degree at Cornell University with a minor in Real Estate and received an MBA from the University of Toronto.
