Erin Muir is Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Fengate and a member of the Executive Leadership Team. She is responsible for aligning Fengate’s talent and culture strategy with the firm’s long-term business objectives and growth ambitions. Erin partners closely with the Executive Leadership Team to attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent and foster a culture that enables employees and the firm to thrive.

Erin brings more than 20 years of experience in human resources, with deep expertise in people and culture strategy, organizational transformation, leadership development, talent management, and employee experience. Prior to joining Fengate, Erin held progressively senior human resources roles at RBC, most recently serving as Vice President, Human Resources for the Technology & Operations and AI Group. In that role, she led talent initiatives focused on workforce transformation, leadership effectiveness, talent development, new ways of working, and employer brand. Earlier in her tenure at RBC, she served as the HR business partner for several key business areas, including RBC Ventures and Personal Banking. Prior to RBC, Erin held human resources leadership roles at Capital One and Sanofi Pasteur. 

Erin holds a Master of Human Resource Management from York University and an Honours Bachelor of Arts from Queen's University. She is also a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) through the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA).
