Dusica Stijacic is Director, Digital Platforms at Fengate, where she partners with business leaders to shape and execute the firm’s application and technology strategy. She oversees digital platform capabilities and application portfolio management, driving the implementation of scalable solutions that enhance efficiency and support data-driven decision-making.

Prior to joining Fengate in 2026, Dusica spent over 15 years at CPP Investments and Morguard Investments in progressive leadership roles spanning real estate and investment finance, data transformation, and technology enablement. Most recently, she led strategic data platforms supporting the full investment lifecycle, overseeing large-scale data operations and system integrations across all private assets.

Dusica holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University and is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario. She has also completed Lean Six Sigma certification through the University of Toronto.
