David Luder
Principal, Private Equity
David participates in all areas of the investment process, including sourcing, executing and managing investments. David joined Fengate Private Equity in 2017 as the third member of the investment team and currently serves as a Board Member of Saco Foods and the Newgate Industrial Services fund, and as a Board Observer of eStruxture Data Centers and York1.
Prior to joining Fengate Private Equity, David worked in the investment banking division at CIBC Capital Markets where he was focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising transactions. Prior to CIBC, David began his career in the investment banking division at BMO Capital Markets.
David holds an Honours Business Administration (with Distinction) from the Ivey Business School at Western University.
