David Guy is Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) at Fengate. He is responsible for overseeing the firm's compliance program and advancing a culture of ethics, integrity, and regulatory excellence. David partners closely with the Executive Leadership Team and business leaders to ensure Fengate's compliance, governance, and risk management practices support the firm's strategic objectives and continued growth.

David brings more than 20 years of experience in regulatory compliance, governance, risk management, and financial services. He has deep expertise in investment adviser regulation, private markets compliance, compliance program development, regulatory examinations, fiduciary oversight, and corporate governance.

Prior to joining Fengate, David served as Chief Compliance Officer for seven years for Fidelity Investments' venture capital and private equity platform. In that role, he oversaw the compliance program supporting private investment strategies and advised senior leadership on regulatory, governance, and risk matters. Earlier in his career, David held senior compliance and risk management roles and worked as a consultant within the financial services industry. He has worked for and advised some of the largest and most respected financial institutions, helping organizations develop scalable compliance frameworks, strengthen governance practices, manage regulatory risk, and navigate evolving regulatory expectations.

David holds an MBA from Northeastern University and a BS from Bryant University.
