Craig Dameron
Senior Vice President, Human Resources
Craig Dameron is a senior leader within Fengate’s Human Resources team. He plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the firm’s people strategy, with a particular emphasis on the firm’s compensation, benefits, and performance management frameworks, governance, and design. In addition, Craig leads and executes people initiatives across all areas of HR within Fengate’s Infrastructure business.
Since joining Fengate in 2021, Craig has led the transformation of several enterprise-wide HR initiatives, including the development of our retirement programs, compensation philosophy, redesign of our short and long-term incentive programs, and the procurement and implementation of a new Human Resources Information System. Prior to Fengate, he spent 10+ years in human resources and compensation in the food and financial services industries.
Craig holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Brock University, a Post-Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from George Brown College and is a Certified Leadership Coach.
