Chris oversees a portfolio of high-rise development and master plan projects at Fengate.
Chris brings more than 12 years of experience in the Greater Toronto Area development industry to Fengate. Prior to joining Fengate, Chris held a senior position at Capital Developments where he managed a team overseeing a portfolio of mixed-use residential condo and rental projects from feasibility and design through to delivery. He was responsible for the entitlement of more than four million square feet of mixed-use development projects and closing more than 1,000 condominium units.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Real Estate and Housing from the University of Guelph.
