Catherine Price is an associate on the Fengate Real Estate investments team where she is responsible for analyzing investment opportunities, financial modeling, due diligence, and transaction management support for investment opportunities across Fengate’s real estate funds. Prior to joining Fengate, Catherine was a financial analyst at Avison Young in the Capital Markets Group, where she was involved in over $1 billion of sales across all asset classes. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Major in Finance, with distinction, from Dalhousie University.
