Cassandra is a key member of Fengate’s human resources team supporting real estate. In her role as Director, HR Business Partner, Cassandra leads and executes people initiatives across all areas of HR within Fengate’s Real Estate business.
With more than 10 years' experience as an HR Business Partner in the financial and professional services industries, Cassandra brings expertise in talent management, organizational development, and HR project management.
Cassandra holds an MBA from Queen’s University and a Bachelor of Business Management degree with specialization in Human Resources from Western University.
