Carter Nord
Manager of Finance, Real Estate
Carter Nord is a Manager of Finance within the Real Estate group at Fengate. He is responsible for reporting forecasted returns and valuations of the team's development portfolio and providing support for acquisitions and dispositions.
Prior to joining Fengate, Carter worked in PwC's assurance practice in the real estate and asset management group.
Carter is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario and holds an Honours Business Administration degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University.
