Brianna Jervis
Project Manager
Brianna Jervis is a member of Fengate’s Infrastructure Asset Management team and oversees a variety of project delivery functions of Public-Private Partnership (P3) assets. She works closely with Design-Builders, Service Providers and Contracting Authority representatives to ensure that contractual obligations are met. At a portfolio level, she manages the assets’ contracts within intelligent document software and monitors user task completion. She facilitates data collection for assets’ Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) metrics, liaising with Investor Relations and ESG teams to fulfill reporting requirements and objectives.
Prior to joining Fengate in 2023, Brianna worked in the public sector as P3 Operations Project Leader at BC’s first P3 hospital, Abbotsford Regional Hospital & Cancer Centre, overseeing a large portfolio of contracted support services including Facilities Management, Material Services, Housekeeping, Patient & Retail Food, Laundry, Security, and Parking.
Brianna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of the Fraser Valley.
